Amtrak Transparency Act

The Amtrak Transparency Act seeks to significantly improve the transparency of Amtrak's operational and financial practices. Furthermore, the bill requires the Board to hold an annual meeting with State Department of Transportation heads from areas served by long-distance or State-supported routes.
