For services provided between October 1, 2025, and January 1, 2028, the bill establishes a 26.7 percent increase for super rural ambulance services, and sets new percentage increases of 4.3 percent and 3.4 percent for other ground ambulance services during the same interim period, thereby maintaining enhanced reimbursement rates.
