This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey specific federal land parcels to the State of Mississippi without consideration , meaning no payment is required. These parcels, totaling approximately 10.14 acres, are currently part of the Vicksburg National Military Park and are intended for various public uses. Specifically, one parcel of about 3.66 acres is designated for use as a welcome center or other public facility, while another parcel of approximately 6.48 acres is intended for an interpretive center, museum, or similar public use. Following the conveyance of these lands, the Secretary will officially modify the boundary of the Vicksburg National Military Park to reflect their removal from the park's jurisdiction.
