The House of Representatives calls for the perpetrators, specifically Iranian and Hezbollah operatives , to be held accountable for their crimes. It commends the Government of Argentina for its recent actions, including designating Hezbollah as a terrorist organization, and for its highest criminal court affirming Iran's responsibility for the bombing as a "crime against humanity."
