Providing amounts for the expenses of the Committee on Ethics in the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress.

This resolution authorizes the allocation of funds for the expenses of the Committee on Ethics during the One Hundred Nineteenth Congress. A total of $9,276,290 is provided from the applicable accounts of the House of Representatives, specifically covering committee salaries and expenses, including all staff salaries. The allocated amount is further divided into specific limits for each session of the Congress. Not more than $4,530,566 is available for the period from January 3, 2025, to January 3, 2026, and not more than $4,745,724 for the period from January 3, 2026, to January 3, 2027. Payments are to be made via vouchers authorized by the Committee, signed by its Chairman, and approved by the Committee on House Administration, with all expenditures adhering to regulations set by the Committee on House Administration.
