Recognizing and honoring the fallen members of the 121st Air Refueling Wing of the Ohio Air National Guard.

This resolution honors six members of the 121st Air Refueling Wing of the Ohio Air National Guard and the 99th Air Refueling Squadron who were killed in the line of duty on March 12, 2026, during a refueling mission over western Iraq. The incident involved the crash of a KC-135 Stratotanker during Operation Epic Fury , tragically claiming the lives of all six crew members aboard. The House of Representatives resolves to honor the lives, service, and sacrifice of these individuals, including Maj. John A. Klinner, Maj. Ariana G. Savino, Capt. Seth R. Koval, Capt. Curtis J. Angst, Master Sgt. Tyler H. Simmons, and Tech. Sgt. Ashley B. Pruitt. It pledges that their selfless sacrifice shall not be forgotten by a grateful Nation.
