Young Farmer Success Act

This bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to broaden eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. A "qualified farm or ranch" is defined by its gross revenue from agricultural product sales, requiring at least $35,000 in 2026, with subsequent years' thresholds adjusted for inflation. This expansion aims to provide financial relief and support to individuals pursuing careers in agriculture, recognizing their contributions as a form of public service.
