No Discounts for Foreigners Act

This bill proposes to prohibit the Secretary of Homeland Security from waiving or reducing any fees associated with an application for United States citizenship. The core intent is to eliminate fee concessions for the majority of individuals seeking naturalization, ensuring they pay the full cost.

However, a specific exception is made for current or former members of the Armed Forces. These individuals may still receive fee waivers or reductions if their application is submitted pursuant to sections 328 or 329 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. This provision ensures that military personnel retain access to existing fee benefits for their citizenship applications, while other applicants would not.
