No Deliveries Act

The "No Deliveries Act" proposes to amend Title 18 of the United States Code, specifically Section 1546, to address the issue of birth tourism. This legislation establishes a new federal offense for individuals who knowingly enter the United States with the intent to give birth and subsequently misrepresent this purpose to authorities.

Under the proposed changes, if such an offense results in a child being born in the United States, the convicted individual would face a minimum sentence of 10 years, with a maximum of 25 years. Furthermore, the bill grants United States district courts explicit jurisdiction to issue a judicial order of removal against any alien convicted of this offense at the time of sentencing, ensuring their deportation.
