Instead, Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. will bear sole responsibility for securing contributions and covering all associated costs. Furthermore, the bill outlines procedures for handling any remaining funds. Should there be a balance after all establishment expenses and required maintenance amounts are paid, Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. must transmit these excess funds to the Secretary of the Interior for deposit into a designated account. Similarly, if funds remain upon the expiration of the authority for the commemorative work, they are to be transferred to a separate account with the National Park Foundation for memorials.
