No Racketeers on our Shores Act

This bill amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish new grounds for inadmissibility and deportability for foreign government officials who engage in economic discrimination against United States persons. It specifically targets officials who, in their capacity, initiate or direct investigations, enforcement actions, licensing determinations, fines, fees, or tax assessments that are more severe, more frequent, or less procedurally favorable to U.S. persons than to similarly situated non-U.S. persons.

These disproportionate legal, regulatory, or administrative burdens, whether individually or collectively, would render such officials ineligible for entry into the United States. Furthermore, any alien already in the U.S. who is found to have engaged in such economic discrimination while serving as a foreign government official would be subject to deportation, thereby preventing their presence in the country.
