Not later than 90 days before a Federal, State, or local election, the BOP must send messages via the TRULINCS system to these eligible inmates, including details on how to register to vote and how to request an absentee ballot . Additionally, the bill mandates that the BOP provide Re-entry Affairs Coordinators at each facility with comprehensive information, such as voter registration criteria, instructions, printed forms, and prepaid envelopes for relevant states. The Director must also publish this information on the BOP's internet website and physically post it in correctional facilities. Furthermore, the bill requires the provision of information in both English and Spanish where available from the state, and mandates support for inmates with recognized disabilities needing assistance with voter registration.
