Reshoring American Manufacturing Act of 2026

This bill, known as the Reshoring American Manufacturing Act of 2026 or the RAM Act , mandates the Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to create and maintain a dedicated website. This website must be established within 60 days of the bill's enactment and will be managed through the SBA's Office of Manufacturing and Trade. The primary goal of the site is to offer comprehensive resources and information for small business concerns interested in onshoring their manufacturing capacity to the United States. It will feature contact details for relevant SBA offices and partner organizations, alongside other information deemed appropriate by the Assistant Administrator. Annual updates and input from the Chief Counsel for Advocacy will ensure the website remains current and effective in supporting American manufacturing reshoring efforts.
