National Service Animals Monument Location Act

This bill, titled the National Service Animals Monument Location Act , aims to designate a specific and prominent location for the previously authorized National Service Animals Monument. Its primary purpose is to permit the monument's placement within the area known as the Reserve , which includes the National Mall.
