Its activities include seeking to establish at least one fab lab in each Congressional District, with a focus on underserved communities, and linking these labs into a cohesive national network. The corporation will also provide resources, standards, and training for fab lab operations, maintaining a national registry and ensuring diverse representation on its governing board.
