No Exceptions for Non-Citizens Voting Act

This bill seeks to establish a comprehensive prohibition on voting by aliens in all elections, whether federal, state, or local. It amends title 18 of the United States Code to strike all existing exceptions that currently allow non-citizens to vote in certain circumstances, such as in non-federal elections where state or local law permits.

The legislation explicitly makes it unlawful for any alien to vote in any election. Furthermore, it significantly strengthens immigration enforcement by amending the Immigration and Nationality Act.
