No PLA Employees Act of 2026

This legislation amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to establish new restrictions on immigration. Its primary purpose is to prevent individuals associated with certain foreign entities from entering or remaining in the United States.

The bill introduces new grounds for inadmissibility for any alien currently or previously employed by an entity identified as a Chinese military company under the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021. It also applies to those employed by foreign institutions engaged in problematic activity as defined by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.

Correspondingly, the legislation creates new grounds for deportability for aliens already in the United States who meet these employment criteria. This aims to strengthen national security by restricting immigration for individuals linked to these designated foreign entities.
