This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to mandate that the Secretary of the Treasury disclose specific Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) information to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This disclosure is required upon written request from the Secretary of Homeland Security and is solely for the purpose of enforcing United States immigration laws . The information to be shared includes an individual's name, address, ITIN, filing status, and details of any claimed dependents over 18 or spouses. Additionally, other identifying information deemed reasonably necessary to verify identity or immigration status may be disclosed. All shared data must be used exclusively for immigration enforcement and remains protected by existing taxpayer information safeguards and penalties.
