This bill mandates the Secretary of Agriculture to convey the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site, comprising approximately 232.9 acres of National Forest System land within the Tonto National Forest, to Gila County, Arizona . The County must submit a written request for this conveyance within 180 days of the bill's enactment. While the transfer is made without monetary consideration , Gila County is responsible for covering all associated costs, including surveys and environmental analyses. The conveyed land must be used exclusively for the purpose of serving and supporting veterans of the Armed Forces. The conveyance will be executed via a quitclaim deed and is subject to valid existing rights and other terms deemed appropriate by the Secretary. A critical provision states that if the land is used inconsistently with its designated purpose, all right, title, and interest will revert to the United States at the Secretary's discretion.
