Neighborhood Skies Act of 2026

This bill directs the Secretary of Defense to submit an annual report to Congress regarding specific military aviation activities. The report must detail the number of Department of Defense proficiency flights that occurred in the National Capitol Region over the preceding 12-month period. This reporting requirement will commence one year after the bill's enactment and continue annually for two subsequent years, totaling three reports. The legislation aims to provide Congress with consistent information on the frequency of these particular military flights within the sensitive airspace of the nation's capital.
