This bill proposes amendments to the Defense Production Act of 1950, primarily by introducing a new requirement for the Defense Production Act Committee. The simulations must be performed at least once every five years to assess the resources needed for various scenarios. Furthermore, they aim to determine the best use of authorities granted under Title I and Title III of the Defense Production Act, ensuring effective mobilization capabilities.
