This bill prohibits the use of federal funds by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice for civil immigration enforcement activities . This restriction applies specifically to areas within one mile of any 2026 Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) World Cup match or FIFA Fan Festival.
