The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Secretary of State are mandated to submit this report to Congress within 30 days of the Act's enactment, in consultation with other key officials. The report must specifically identify individuals and entities responsible or complicit in her death, and detail any United States defense materials, funds, or services that were implicated. It also requires the attachment of all relevant unredacted reports, including any conducted by the U.S. Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority. Crucially, the report must be submitted in an unclassified form and made publicly available on the Department of State's website.
