MACARTHUR Act

This proposed legislation, officially known as the MACARTHUR Act , seeks to formally embed the phrase "Duty, Honor, Country" into the mission statement of the United States Military Academy. The bill includes a Sense of Congress, emphasizing that these core principles should be deeply ingrained in the Academy's ethos and diligently instilled in each cadet. To achieve this, the Act mandates that the Secretary of the Army must, within 30 days of its enactment, amend the official mission statement of the United States Military Academy to explicitly include the phrase "Duty, Honor, Country."
