This bill requires the Secretary of the Air Force to establish a permanent program designed to provide tuition assistance to members of the Air National Guard. The program would cover all or a portion of the charges from an educational institution for tuition or other related expenses. To qualify for this assistance, Air National Guard members must be in compliance with the training requirements specified under regulations prescribed in section 502(a) of title 32, United States Code. This initiative aims to standardize and ensure consistent educational support for these service members, operating under the authority of section 2007 of title 10, United States Code.
