Forced Abortion Prevention and Accountability Act

This bill, titled the "Forced Abortion Prevention and Accountability Act," seeks to establish new federal criminal penalties for the non-consensual administration of abortion-inducing drugs. It specifically prohibits knowingly and intentionally administering such a drug to a pregnant woman without her informed consent , provided the drug or act affects interstate or foreign commerce.
