CAT Act

Agencies are specifically required to reveal all material information concerning each contract, encompassing the goods and services provided, the identity of the vendor , the precise date of the solicitation , all bids and quotes solicited , and the name of the official who solicited the contract . This initiative seeks to significantly enhance transparency and accountability within the contracting processes of public housing agencies.
