Made in America Integrity Act of 2025

The "Made in America Integrity Act of 2025" proposes to amend the Small Business Act by introducing specific penalties for small business concerns engaged in misrepresentation. This legislation targets businesses that falsely claim their goods or services are Made in America to secure federal contracts, thereby undermining fair competition and federal procurement integrity. Under the proposed amendment, any small business concern found to have made such false claims would be subject to existing penalties outlined in subsection (d)(2) of Section 16 of the Small Business Act.
