Male or Female Only Act

This bill aims to restrict how federal agencies collect information regarding an individual's sex and gender. It explicitly prohibits agencies from soliciting or obtaining any information related to an individual's gender or gender identity on federal forms, surveys, and documents. Furthermore, the legislation mandates that when collecting information about an individual's sex, agencies may only provide "Male" or "Female" as selectable options. Any responses indicating a sex other than male or female, or providing gender or gender identity information, must be rejected by the agency. Federal agencies are required to update all relevant forms, surveys, and documents within 60 days of the Act's enactment to ensure full compliance with these new restrictions.
