SAFE Grilling Act

The campaign aims to significantly reduce the number of grill-related injuries and fires, which statistics indicate are substantial, with thousands of emergency room visits and home fires annually. It will specifically address issues such as gas grill leaks, improper cleaning, and unsafe grill placement. To support this vital public safety initiative, the bill authorizes an appropriation of $5,000,000 .
