Keep SNAP Funded Act of 2025

This bill aims to guarantee the continuous provision of benefits under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) for fiscal year 2026. It specifically appropriates funds to the Secretary of Agriculture from the Treasury if regular interim continuing appropriations or full-year appropriations for the Department of Agriculture are not enacted. The legislation ensures that SNAP benefits will not be interrupted during potential government funding gaps. Furthermore, it includes provisions for the payment of any missed benefits that may have occurred between September 30, 2025, and the bill's enactment date. These emergency appropriations will remain in effect until a full fiscal year 2026 appropriation, or a continuing appropriation, for the Department of Agriculture is signed into law.
