Agriculture Infrastructure Stability Act of 2025

The Agriculture Infrastructure Stability Act of 2025 amends the Federal Crop Insurance Act to focus on harvest incentive policies that provide coverage for loss of revenue. Section 2 requires the Corporation to conduct research and development or contract with qualified persons to develop such policies. Within two years of enactment, the Corporation must make a qualifying policy available if the conditions of section 508(h) are satisfied.
