Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program Act

This bill, known as the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program Act, amends the existing Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Act. Its primary purpose is to transition the current Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Pilot Program into a more permanent structure by renaming it the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Rewards Program . The legislation removes a previous 3-year time limitation on the program's operation. Furthermore, it establishes a new 7-year sunset clause , meaning the program will cease to have effect seven years after this Act's enactment. This effectively extends the program's lifespan and removes its "pilot" designation.
