Accurate Mental Health Resources for Our Servicemembers Act of 2025

This bill, titled the "Accurate Mental Health Resources for Our Servicemembers Act of 2025" , mandates that each Secretary of a military department conduct a comprehensive review of online information related to suicide prevention and behavioral health. Specifically, the Secretaries must examine all such information published on their department's internet websites at the installation level and update it as necessary. This update includes ensuring the accuracy of any contact details for relevant suicide prevention or behavioral health resources. By August 1, 2027, each Secretary is required to submit a certification to the congressional defense committees, confirming that the updated information is accurate as of the date of certification.
