This bill directs the Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to provide regular, detailed reports on its enforcement activities. Specifically, ICE must submit an initial report within 30 days of the bill's enactment, followed by quarterly reports thereafter. Each report is required to include the total number of arrests , detainees in custody , and individuals deported during the preceding quarter. Furthermore, for each of these categories, the reports must specify the percentage of individuals who were convicted of a criminal offense under State or Federal law. The bill also mandates reporting on the percentage of individuals designated as ICE Threat Level 1, 2, or 3 Offenders , or those not falling into these categories, with clear definitions provided for each threat level based on the severity and number of criminal convictions. All these comprehensive reports are to be made publicly available on the official ICE internet website.
