No Foreign Election Partnership Act

This bill aims to prevent federal election agencies from forming certain partnerships with international organizations. It explicitly prohibits any election agency of the Federal Government, including the Federal Election Commission and the Election Assistance Commission , from entering into agreements that involve data sharing with international bodies. Furthermore, the legislation forbids international organizations from holding an advisory role with these federal election agencies. This measure is intended to restrict foreign influence or involvement in the administration of federal elections and takes effect immediately upon enactment.
