Spotted Lanternfly Research and Development Act

This bill, titled the "Spotted Lanternfly Research and Development Act," aims to enhance efforts against the invasive spotted lanternfly. It amends the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to specifically include spotted lanternfly control research and development as a high-priority research and extension initiative.
