Veterans Health Care Stamp Act

This legislation mandates the United States Postal Service (USPS) to issue and sell a special postage stamp, to be known as the "Veterans Health Care Stamp." The core purpose of this stamp is to provide a convenient avenue for members of the public to contribute financially towards the medical care and treatment of veterans. All proceeds generated from the sale of these stamps will be directly transferred to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to support veterans' health services. The bill stipulates that the stamp must be issued annually in time for Veterans Day , with the USPS determining its design. Importantly, this special stamp will not be subject to any numerical limitations on its issuance, ensuring its continued availability.
