This bill proposes to amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide clear administrative guidelines regarding the use of the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass , also known as the America the Beautiful interagency pass, for vehicle-based access to federal recreational lands and waters. Specifically, it clarifies that when a per-vehicle fee is charged, the pass will cover the entrance and standard amenity recreation fees for the passholder and all accompanying passengers in a single private, noncommercial vehicle . Furthermore, if the passholder enters by motorcycle, the pass will cover the passholder and any passengers on their motorcycle, as well as one additional accompanying motorcycle and its passengers.
