The Alaska Native Village Municipal Lands Restoration Act of 2025 amends the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, specifically section 14(c), to modify requirements for Village Corporations regarding land conveyance. This reversion is subject to valid existing rights, easements, and rights-of-way, and the Village Corporation must assume any existing lease or use agreements applicable to the land upon reversion.
