This bill, titled the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation Land Exchange Act, mandates a land exchange in San Bernardino County, California. It directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey approximately 1,475 acres of National Forest System land to the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation. In return, the Nation will convey about 1,460 acres of its land to the United States. The exchange is contingent upon the Nation offering its land, after which the Secretary must accept and convey the federal land within 120 days. A significant provision requires the Nation to enter an agreement with the Secretary to preserve the historical and cultural integrity of the Arrowhead landmark site, which is located on the federal land being conveyed. The bill also specifies that the land acquired by the Secretary will become part of the San Bernardino National Forest and be managed under its existing regulations. This land exchange is explicitly exempted from Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy Management Act of 1976.
