This bill aims to codify and legally validate all actions taken by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), which was established by an Executive Order. It grants full force and effect of law to all rules, policies, guidance, and procedures issued or implemented by DOGE, including those carried out by other agencies under DOGE's direction. The legislation further mandates that any regulations rescinded or modified by DOGE will remain in their revised form until explicitly altered by DOGE or an act of Congress. Additionally, all budgetary savings and efficiency measures identified or implemented by DOGE, or by agencies at its direction, are to be maintained, overriding any conflicting provisions in existing law or appropriations.
