Veterans for Mustangs Act

The "Veterans for Mustangs Act" amends the Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act, directing the Secretary of the Interior to immediately implement humane, reversible, non-surgical, immunocontraceptive vaccine fertility controls to manage wild horse and burro populations. This new approach prioritizes on-range fertility management as a primary method for achieving appropriate population levels.
