CRUSADE Act

This proposed legislation, titled the Civilians Resisting Unlawful Strikes Against Divine Establishments Act or CRUSADE Act , seeks to prevent the use of United States-provided military equipment against specific targets in foreign nations. Its primary objective is to safeguard Christian properties and Christian civilians from harm caused by weapons, munitions, aircraft, vessels, or other implements of war supplied by the U.S. The bill explicitly prohibits the targeting of: Christian properties, including churches, religious buildings, sites, monuments, and the real or personal property of Christian persons. Christian civilians in any foreign country. The President would be required to take all necessary actions to enforce this prohibition, ensuring that U.S. military aid is not misused in a manner that endangers these protected groups and their assets.
