This bill directs the immediate removal of seven specific species from the lists of threatened species and endangered species , as applicable, under the Endangered Species Act of 1973. These species include the Arabian oryx, Banteng, Eld's brow-antlered deer, Grevy's zebra, Red lechwe, Seledang, and Swamp deer, effectively delisting them from federal protection. Additionally, the legislation amends Section 4(a) of the Endangered Species Act to prevent the Secretary from making any future determination that the Bukharan markhor (Capra falconeri heptneri) is a threatened or endangered species. This provision ensures that the Bukharan markhor cannot be listed under the Act at any point.
