Delete DOGE Act

This bill, known as the "Delete DOGE Act," aims to prohibit and rescind the use of Federal funds for the United States DOGE Service, also identified as the Department of Government Efficiency, and all associated entities. It broadly defines "covered entities" to include the main service, its temporary organization, specific teams, and any successor entities established to implement related executive orders. The legislation seeks to eliminate financial support for this governmental structure and its initiatives. The bill explicitly bans the use of Federal funds to implement, administer, or enforce any covered executive order related to the Department of Government Efficiency, including specific orders like 14158, 14210, and 14222. It further restricts the United States Digital Service's funding, allowing it only for improving existing digital service delivery as it was provided on January 19, 2025, and prohibiting funds for any new projects initiated by a covered entity after that date. Additionally, no Federal funds may be obligated or expended for any covered entity or by any covered individual associated with the DOGE Service. This includes a prohibition on using Federal funds to enforce orders or directives from such individuals.
