Improving Care in Rural America Reauthorization Act of 2025

The bill extends the authorization of key rural health care grant programs through 2030 . It amends the Rural Health Care Services Outreach Grants to require that funds be used to meet the needs of rural underserved populations and to involve those populations in project development and operations. It similarly amends the Rural Health Network Development Grants to ensure funds increase access to quality care through integrated networks and that underserved residents participate in planning and implementation. The amendments emphasize community involvement and tailored service delivery.
