Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship Opportunity Act

This legislation primarily amends the requirements for the Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship, adjusting eligibility criteria by reducing the required remaining educational assistance entitlement or program completion percentage for applicants. The bill establishes new priority categories for scholarship recipients, favoring individuals who have utilized the most months of their educational assistance and those actively pursuing a declared major in a STEM field.
