SEND THEM BACK Act of 2025

This bill establishes a new provision for the expedited removal of certain aliens who entered the United States illegally. Specifically, it targets individuals who entered the country unlawfully on or after January 20, 2021 , making them subject to immediate removal proceedings. A significant aspect of this legislation is that such expedited removal would proceed notwithstanding any claims of asylum or fear of persecution made by the alien. This provision aims to streamline the removal process for a defined group of undocumented individuals. However, the bill includes a specific exception: it does not apply to any alien who is currently a member of the United States Armed Forces as of January 1, 2025.
