Moving H–2A to United States Department of Agriculture Act of 2025

This bill proposes a significant shift in the oversight of the H-2A agricultural guest worker program by transferring its administration. The primary change involves moving the program's management from the Secretary of Labor to the Secretary of Agriculture .
